Hour 1-

Hour 2-
- How do you understand “Open source”?
I understand open source as the access to have control over the software that you are using and be able to contribute in a code or non code way.
2. Do you think software should be open source? Should it be so always, never, or only in certain circumstances?
I believe that open source software is important and should be open, it should also be a big part of the internet as long as it is well monitored.
3. What social consequences of proprietary vs open source software can you think of?
Proprietary software can potentially be biased and give the wrong impression to users and with open source wrong information can be spread leading to misinformation.
Free software, free society
Not about price but freedom to change it , they have to give the source (code).
Proprietary software controls the user, the owner has power over the user and takes advantage of this power by adding malicious functionalities for money and they are proud of it.

By writing free software we are contributing to a human right as computers have become an essential part of our lives.
Hour 3 –
45min ⏰ Inspired by the ‘Cadavre exquis (exquisite corpse)’, in groups, we will create a series of digital collages and use a random script to compile them together.
